Camberwell Skylarks is a singing group for people with Parkinson’s and their carers.  We collect and store (but only with consent) each participant’s name, postal address, telephone number and email address, as well as a telephone number and email address for a carer, and a telephone number for emergency contact.

We will use this personal information only for the following purposes:

• To keep participants and carers informed about the events and news of Camberwell Skylarks;

• To contact the participant’s nominated person in an emergency; 

• To share information with participants about activities and events of direct and specific  relevance to people with Parkinson’s.
   

We will not share this personal information with any 3rd party, and we will keep it secure. 

Participants can modify or withdraw their consent by emailing Nigel Purdey at nrjpurdey@ntlworld.com
